Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken connection order for Reliance Digital TV set top box on 24.03.2013 through APPCO marketing (india) pvt ltd a direct business associate of Reliance digital TV DTH services. Service people (Ms. Deepti and Kishore) has visited my house for the purpose of promoting connections of Reliance digital TV in the month of march 2013. I was agreed to pay the amount for connection of digital TV and 1790/- worth cheque was given to that service persons on the above mentioned date. That cheque amount was also delivered to Reliance office on April first week of 2013. Still that date of cheque clearance we have not getting connection of digital TV set top box and no one has visited my house from Reliance office for installation of set top box. And a funny thing is, i have received many SMS's from Reliance office regarding recharge my digital TV card for uninterrupted services. How can I recharge my digital TV card without installation???? I was complained number of times to Reliance office, but no response from their end. So kindly look into the matter and take immediate action and do favor to me. My details are given below;
