[Resolved] Reliance Digital Tv — Pathetic Service and Bad Customer care experience | |||
This is to bring to your notice that I have 2 reliance digital tv connection. This is with regards to the Smart Card no.[protected]. I have lodged a request for relocation of the Set top box from one room to the other room at the same address on the 16th of September. And I had requested the customer care executive to get it done on priority. I was told that it would take 2 days time. Today is 19th of September, and the problem has not been resolved yet and neither have I received any call from the technician. I have been calling up the customer care but I get the same reply all the time that the request has been forwarded from our side. Apart from all this, I am also being charged Rs. 350/- for this service but where is the service. Is this such a big job to do that not a single technician is available to close this call. This is a substantially bad level of service that you are providing to the customer. If my query is not resolved by the end of today, I would request you to take away your set -top boxes and refund the unused amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
