I had made request for cancellation of fixed line Billing Account number [protected] in the month of sep-08 that time Relience customer care reprasentative confirm given me termination number 75307180 and told your services will be terminated from that day my lan line is also not working and relience broadband is sending me unnessary bills.
when i had given further request for cancellation then they told first pay this amount then we will cancell it.
Suppose i will pay this amount without using phone line, and athat time relience further assure me that your line is disconnected and what is gaurentte that they will not genrate further bills.
Sir I Totally frustated with relience customer care serviece and recomend all user not go for relience connection

i hav registered a complaint 4 discontinuation of my fixed line fone[protected]. on 14 june 2009. after 2 days ur person called me n reconfirmed my complaint. till now, nobody is here to collect ur equipment, , n i m constantly getting ur bills. my complaint i.d was[protected] n 10117846, when i contact ur costomer service, they denied having any
discontinuation complaints. n told me dat these comp.i.d. are invalid. it is too disgusting...n wat can i say about ur service n reliability. my contact no. is [protected]. plz do something

My land line no.[protected] is dead from yesterday.i have no clue about the reason why. Please assist me from customer care to shot out the problem.
