reliance general — non receipt of renwal policy and claim submitted in previous policy after continuous follow up
dear sir,
I have mediclaim policy of reliance general insurance company ltd since11/10/2008.i received renwal notice to renew my policy in oct.2010. i found that premium is hiked by 500%. I renew my policy for 1 person for S.I. OF 100000.00 & SUBMITED cheque of Rs.3888.00 dtd 21/10/2010 on 22/10/2010. but till date i neither reced. any letter nor any policy from the company. my policy detail are as under.
