Reliance GSM Postpaid — Post Paid Service Termination

Hi Sir,
I have minimal usage for reliance post paid SIM with no. [protected] and lost it 3 months back. I requested for service termination but again it gets reactivated without intimation. When i ask with complaint no : [protected], they say you have reactivated but that is not true. I have been charged with minimum rental for past 4 months even after submitting the service termination request 2 times. please help me in getting out of this cheaters.
