Reliance GSM — Number blocked suddenly
I had ported my number [protected] from Airtel to Reliance GSM last week of January 2011. After getting my connection, my number one day was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I was told by Reliance customer service that my documents had not been submitted. I contacted the shop from which I got the connection. They confirmed that they had submitted the document. After some time my line was active again. After using for nearly one month, now my number has been blocked again. I have not been given any prior intimation. This is very inconvenient for me, and amounts to near harassment.
