I have applied for a refund since May 26th 2009. I have not heard any respond regarding this matter. A amount of $31.85 has been taken out from my checking account every Month. Dear Sir,You have given the reason that the policy has been started from year 2008 but in actual policy has been started from 2007 with policy no.[protected] . Please look in to the case accordingly as per your GOLD POLICY all the pre-existing disease will be covered from the third year.

Reliance Healthwise Policy — Delay in processing the claims
Dear Readers, friends & leathargy reliance team...Being truthful & giving a positive feed back to Reliance ends up in trouble... It is a fact... I hold a family floater policy card number[protected]Gold Policy).
First of all these people in reliance don't bother to send the renewal notice due to which I lost my 4 years of benifts of "NO CLAIMS", this year unfortunately my kid burnt his hands & he had to undergo Skin Grafting.
The TPA under which my policy is with E-MEDITEK, if you people ever tried to contact this TPA 5 months back, people here entertain you with film song & make you hold for longer period... I am not joking, today I presume after me lodging a complaint with Reliance, few other customer complaint against the TPA & with their own practical experience the TPA is no more with RELIANCE, this is what I have been told, but my claims is still under their preview, I fail to understand why... & I also fail to understand that Reliance doesn't come to my help...
I submitted all original bills & the case sheet to the TPA on 16.06.08 & till today I haven't recieved my cheque, it's around 2 & half months, I am still awating for my claims... Claims number RE/1004/62008/09105425
Two times I have complained to Reliance Customer Care, no use.. I have lodged written compaints aginst TPA & the problems which I am facing, everytime I call up the TPA I end up in a fight with the people as they don't move my file to the next stage, as I believe they know that I have lodged a complaint aginst them...
Company like Reliance doesn't know how to keep their customers feedback confidential & serve them better...
Can any one tell me what is the best way to sue these guys & get back my claims as well as the 100+ telephone calls & time cost from reliance...
Kindly appreciate if I had talked to the TPA 100+ times on a customer care number, just imagine how many times I might have tried the number in order to get through once...
Although the product is attractive & good, but, what is the use if the customer doesn't get the correct service at the right time...
I think Reliance is in capable of managing these kind of products, better they should pull this product out of the market...
Mr. Anil Ambaini's Team must understand launcing a product & grabing the market is not the difficult part, but to keep up the comitments is much more important...
I know you guys are deaf as you don't hear the voice of your troubled customers, but I hope you guys are not blind & educated enough to read this email...
