Sir,
With all due respect I have to say that, after resigning from my service on 05.05.2010, the last salary which had been paid to in May 2010 me was between the period of 15.03.2010 to 14.04.2010. This is the usual practice of disbursement of salary from 15th to 14th of the next month. My Salary from the period of 15.04.2010 to 05.05.2010 is still to be paid. After a lot of afford your kanpur office agreed to pay the due salary(for 20 days).Then I Contact to HR Mr.Naveen Jain of your Lucknow Office then he told me that the attendance of your said period had not been forwarded to him then after coordinating with your local back office in kanpur the attendance had been forwarded to HR Naveen Jain. But till date sorry to point out that the same had not been paid to me.Now Mr. Naveen Jain had flatly refused to pay the due salary and said that there is no such payment is left to be paid.
Now I have no choice left except to draw your kind attention in this matter. I am unable to express my pain and sorrow in words. I request you sir in this matter and the justice should be maid done.
