My Reliance Big TV connection had been working fine for the last 2 and 3 months.
during the last month an engineer called from your side to migrate and realign the dish towards a new satellite.
i cant see any Chanel but balance deduct from my account.
I lodged a complain . Which was closed automatically without a call coming from your side.
When I called customer support but they will not resolve my problem they says that i has been refreshed your Chanel u can see after some time .
