one of yours representative called me & explained about the procedure that how to convert a prepaid sim to postpaid sim though i was not sure about the procedure she convinced me so once i agreed & asked her that how much days will be taken to execute this whole procedure she told me maximum 3 days. so on the next day immediately i submitted all the documents that was on monday 28th sept 2009. after that according to ur represntative the sim should be converted on 29th sept 2009 but still it was not done & when i called her up she told it will be done within in few hours. till today 2nd october 2009 sometimes she received the call sometime she ignored it and my work and all the calls are pending due to your this type of good services. i just request u either u shut down your customer care centers because they are no useful to us now & its a waste of money of yours so i want that this type of representative spoil ur company & i have also decided to switch over to some other mobile service so whatever may be your decision please get me know about it. i hope for a favorable reply.
