Reliance smart service — withdrawal of specific service
Hello tune charges against my Reliance smart no-[protected] (pre-paid) is being deducted without subsribing and the SMS option for de-subsribing is not working with return message "NO DEFAULT CONFIGURED".While intimating the problem to your customer care executive the same prototype response "SERVER PROBLEM/NETWORK PROBLEM" is coming from him.During the last couple of months around Rs 60-90 has been deducted for which I am now reluctant for recharging with higer value top up.Chech and restore the balance to my credit and disable Hello tune subsription.ashis.[protected]@licindia.com05

Reliance smart service — automatic activation of services
from last 2months caller tunes are geting activated automatically...last month i told customer care to deactivate..this month again it got activated..i am sure i didnot activate it...and refund me my money..and assure to correct this mistake otherwise i am changing my numberReliance smart service — Unauthorised activation of services
despite registering for do not disturn, I am still getting calls and sms (I had registered more than 45 days back). Also, company is making wrong deductions from the account balance by activating services which were never requested. Pls. help. My no. is [protected]

Reliance smart service — Sudden withdrawal of service
My mobile has life time validity having sufficient balance in the A/c as on date. Mobile no. is [protected] which got issued from a mobile shop at Risali, Bhilai. Suddenly the service has been withdrawan yesterday on 6th April,2010 without any prior intimation . No tower signal is available in the set and it is totally dead.Request to take up the matter with Reliance-smart for earliest revival of service.
