[Resolved]  Reliance Trend — Complaint for inferior quality garment and request for Return/Exchange

Dear Sir,

I have purchased some 7/8 T-shirts(Netplay,Denizen),4 Jeans(denizen) etc on 07/04/2013 from your Reliance Trends Outlet at Kachiguda, Hyderabad, 500027 AP and left for my trip for kashmir, mumbai etc. I wore the garments just once and in the very first wash the T-shirts elastic parts got completely loosened, speaking about the bad quality of material and does not require any quality check department to satisfy.

Immediately after reaching Hyderabad, I approached the outlet and one Mr.Subba Rao VSS represented himself as stores manager and compared the garments with the new one and satisfied himself with the bad quality of T-shirts. He issued a credit note No.[protected] on 13/05/2013 for only one T-shirt "Netplay" brand but refused to issue the credit note or exchange the other 2 T-shirts of
"NetPlay" Brand Product code:[protected] Dark green and meroon color Tshirt with elastic band on shoulder and waist and
"Denizen" Brand Product Code:[protected]Red color Tshirt with Blue color shoulder band)

I requested the store manager to keep the material and send it to quality verification dept in your company to which also he refused. Alternately I suggested him to use and wash the similar Tshirt to satisfy himself to which also he didi not agree. I then called up your customer care number[protected] and apprised them about the facts and also made the store manager to speak to them, the phone got disconnected and the manager did not thought it necessary to call back. The Manager started giving reasons that I might have worne it more than once, I might washed it more than once, I might have not ironed it properly etc etc. I am prepared to leave the Tshirts at your outlet and the company can satisfy itself. The manager has forgotten I have purchased other 4/5 tShirts and Jeans for which i am not complaining anything.

I repeat that the Tshirts were worne only once and washed only once and the company can satisfy itself thru its quality check department.


Its not a matter of 2 Tshirts, its a matter of company policy, customer belief, customer satisfaction, brand reputation. I felt its my duty as well as right to bring this to the notice of the company. I expect the concerned official will consider it positively and do the needful.

Reliance Trends/T-Shirt — bad quality

i was suffered from bad quality of the cloth which i was buy from reliance trends, the colour was comes out in one wash.At the time of purchasing i was used the G.V of 500 which was given by the store on my previous purchasing. when they agreed to exchange my bad quality cloth they was saying it was return after deducting the value of that G.V which is 500(500*3) not on the MRP of the product (1499).i just want to know where is that 500.
i was buy it on Feb 2012 i have original invoice of the store.
I have same experience regarding Reliance trends quality, So I can say only that I will never purchases anything from Reliance Trends
