[Resolved]  Reliance Trends — NO Exchange

Hi Reliance manager,

I have made purchase in Reliance Trends on August 15 2013.

Shop address:
No:313/314, kamaraj Road commerical street, bangalore- 560042.

Grievence:

I have purchased of 12 pieces of dress and one piece of JOHN PLAYERS
SHIRT (size 40) was having size problem. I want size 42 to be exchanged with same brand and same colour.
I have contacted customer service and they said they cant exchange. So I have contacted
manager, he was not responding me properly. He said NO EXCHANGE for the purchase I made.
No where in the shop it was mentioned/displayed about No EXCHANGE. Manager has showed me a terms & condition rules,
it was also not showing any particulars on Exchange.I asked him for the contact details of senior manager,but he said he is the superior in that shop
and no one can help me.

I travelled from Indhira nagar to commerical street to replace/exchange my dress, the responce I got it was disappointing, frustrated and harassing.

I want fair treatment.Apart from lossing money am totally hurt by the way they reacted.

Please try to act on this and help me in getting my piece exchanged. Many customers like me will also get disappointed when they reach reliance Trends for exchange.

Reliance Trends — Very poor Response

I went to Reliance trends chromepet chennai started recently . The sales person got poor knowledge about the product.They openly complained to me about the lack of training.It is a total disappointment
Pls have a visit to the traditional stores enjoy shopping.
Very, Very poor irresponsible of manager - Reliance Trends (Chromepet Branch in Chennai)

Today we have selected 15 items for my son T-shirt and pants @ 8:55 PM Sunday (3-Nov-2013) in Reliance Trend of Chromepet branch 1st floor once we selected the 15 items then we went to the billing section in 1st floor, sales person told me that go to ground floor for billing and same time we got the announcement from the customer care stating the showroom will be nearing its closing time.

Suddenly we were going to stand in the queue for billing counter from ground floor @ 9 PM. Billing person suddenly went out @ 9:05 PM without any information. we are waiting around 20 mints for 10 persons in that queue, Nobody response. But again, again they are the announcing by customer care (at 9:25 PM) showroom will be closing soon. after that we went to ask the customer care person saying that your billing person is not available in that counter, he went out around 20 mints no information we were waiting more than 20 mints in that queue.

He told me that do not ask anything, put the items down then go out. After that I asked the customer care announcing person that who is the manger?, he told me that he is the manger.

I don't know what is happening in the reliance trends showroom they are not giving response to customer. Very bad so after that we are throw the items in the showroom and we went off.

Undeniably we are going to share this issues to all my friends in social network what we faced this issues on reliance trend in chromepet Branch, Chennai.
