Dear Sir/Madam
Two months ago I was staying at Rm c/11/04, Niwara co-operative society, sector-46, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, rented from Mr. Ashish Mahadik (through agent- Mr. Mangesh). I was paying Rs. 5,000 per month. The agreement was done as per rule regulation for 11 months from 1st April 09 onward. Besides that I had paid Rs 25,000 as security money to the landlord (it is mention in agreement). Since April 09 to august 09 around five months I was there, after that I got transferred to Patna city. Finally I had to leave that rented room by giving one month prior notice which I did also. At the time of leaving the room the landlord assured that he would deposit the security money in my account, deducting one month rent (e.g. deposit 25000-rent 5000+1000 electricity bills= approx Rs 19,000), now after two month he turn from his word and not retuning my deposit money back. Right now I am sifted to Patna, the above mentioned is detail history of mine.
Kindly, suggest what can I do or how you can help me.
