Reservation — Chart preparation

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that most of the Trains Starting from stations get their chart prepared thus those who want to cancel their tickets in the last moments have problems. Thus those who are in the waiting list or RAC doesnot get confirmation and the TTE and other Staff get the previledge of selling the bearths.
I am a frequent traveller working with a private co. always have problems even today after having a waiting list at 2 the list doesnot moved an inch. But I am sure I will get a bearth if I offer some ....................... to the TTE of the concerned train. This was not the problem when the Chart was prepared some 20 minutes before departure of the trains.
Please look into the matter as this is a serious concern for frequent travellers.
