[Resolved]  ABN AMRO Credit Card — Reward Points

Hi,

I hold an ABN AMRO Credit card for the pst 3 years nd always ended up lot of problems in my statement w.r.t charges. Now the problem is different and annoying too.I wanted to redeem my 2000 points by 3rd week of december. So I had odered for Rebook voucher for Rs.1000/-. I was told that the voucher would reach me by 21 days and they didnt give any reference no. also. But the voucher didnt reach me. So I called them on 29-Jan-09 to ask the status. But the customer care people told me that there is no such request in their system. Also they cannot give Rs.1000/- for 2000 points as the rules have got changed recently. Now the rule is to give Rs.500/- for 1335 points (means I have to purchase for another Rs.50, 000/- to get the same Rs.1000/- voucher) So I worte to the Head of the card services and all I received was that they will not admit their fault and rather penalise me. What further I can do so that I will get what I want. I have also decided to cancell this worst card by this month.
