RHYSETTA IS BRAND IDEA STOLEN FROM A EUROPE, THERE OWNER ARE THE MOST MEAN PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, THE LIKE SUCK THERE EMPLOYEE'S BLOOD, I REQUEST PEOPLE TO BUYCOT THERE GOODS, THEY DO NOT PAY THERE WORKERS ON TIME AND ALWAYS TO DELAY THE PAYMENT BY GIVING EXCUSES, WE ALSO HEARD THAT THEY HONG KONG OFFICE ALSO HAS A VERY BAD REPUTATION AND NO BODY WANT TO WORK WITH THEM, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATS . THEY ALSO HAVE CHEATED THE INDIAN GOVERNMENT BY MAKING WRONG INVOICES AND PAYING LESS TAXES, THERE ACCOUNTING HOUSE SHOUDL BE RAIDED BY THE INCOME TAX OFFICERS, IF ANYBODY NOWS HOW TO INFORM THE GOVERNMENT ABOUT THE FRAUD THAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING, PLEASE TAKE A STEP AND BRING THIS CULPRITS TO JUSTICE

your absolutely right, , i too purchased a bag fromthe same shop frm a mall high street phoenix ntrust me it was a rip off such a terrible handbag, , , , i paid a bomb (3000/-)

and the marketing female thinks that she is too smart...

i have purchase 4-5 bags clutches from rhysetta and i never had any complain and staff of phoenix and bandra is very polite and very helpful
atlest better than esbeda they have shamless staff

I have purchased 2 bags from Rhysetta Phoenix Pune & They hadn't any problem ! These Bags has very good quality & they are Italian Designed ! And these bags has very reasonable prices compare to any other Brands ! I think I have to purchase more 4-5 Bags to gift someone !

Rhysetta definately is a good brand but there are exception in every case so it doesnt mean that the whole collection is not good.the staaf are also very very polite especially the staff of phoenix, Azhar nd renuka

i absolutely agree dat rhysetta is not a so called brand.i had got a silver clutch worth rs 2200.its nt even 3 mths since i ve purchased n its already tearing out.we as consumers pay a hig amt considering dat it is a brand n is definitely betr dan anything available @d small shops.i feel i m cheated.wen i went 2 d head office, d salesman was very rude n refused 2 solve d matter.can i get sum more information on dis as 2 why r guys n taking ur clientelle seriously, if dis goes on i m afraid2 say dat no 1 will even stepin.kindly take in d customers queries seriously

I have attached the photographs which shows the poor quality of your product / brand .
Following are the details .

Before going through the same please take a serious note about the stores manager some Bhakti or so, who probably is unfit for the job to handle the customers and to speak to them professionally.
you need to train her else loose your customers. I am totally dissatisfied with her attitude as she has not understood the issue and has not taken it seriously and asked me to write to you or speak to you . I was shocked when i spoke to her today as she was comparing the handbag that i bought from her with an electronic product .

The hand bag branded as Rhysetta from the stores at Phonix mall at Pune on Sept 9 th 2012 - Exactly 3 months back .
The receipt no is 3095 and the colour is coffee ( the receipt is faded now )
Last week the metal zip of the bag stopped working and we found that one of the tooth is missing . Photograph attached .
Immediately we took uo with the store manager who wanted the photos and we sent them .
today we got a call saying the bag will be repaired .
We are surprised and shocked as to why repair when the product is faulty . We had asked the stores manager to replace the same on which she said the company does not belong to her and started giving baseless examples .
There fore this is a complaint that we want to make to you

Please depute your rep to check the bag and replace the same immediately.

RHYSETTA IS VERY EXCELLENT BRAND.. AND GROWELS STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL... KEEP IT UP RHYSETTA...

I was impressed with RHYSETTA price and good Italian design however when you look at the quality and durability then you are lost..
My baggage got damaged in my second tour (transit) within six months.. The wheels have come out along with fiber body... and in another place the fiber body split of at the top center portion which is un believable !!! I'm verymuch like to attach the damaged photo's but couldn't because of limitation..
