It is a matter of extreme annoyance to bring to notice that today is the fifth consecutive day that street lights are not working on the road adjoining my house E-45 Florence Villa Sushantlok - III. After sunset the road is thrown into pitch darkness that is a serious security threat.
I have registered complaints repeatedly at both the day and night helpline numbers as follows:

Everytime I am greeted with a surprised reaction that this should not have happened and would be rectified immediately. But nothing has happened so far.
I am disgusted with the total apathy with which M/s Rigoss has treated the complaints. It is ridiculous that from this quarter M/s Rigoss has raised the maintenance charges in the back drop of an
abysmal upkeeping of the colony.
I urge that immediate actions be taken and street lighting be restored back to normalcy without any further delay or excuse. Was this information helpful? |
