This is a complaint about RNS motors, Hosur Road, Bangalore. I had given my Maruti Swift VXI Regn. KA02 MB 8801 for a paid service on May 9th 2008. The service costed me approximately Rs.6200. Next day, after the delivery of the vehicle, when I went to fill in the petrol, the car had no Petrol tank cap in it. This clearly shows that RNS motors employees had opened the petrol tank cap and easily drawn petrol from it using a pipe. Otherwise what is the purpose of opening the petrol tank cap while servicing the car?
I hope Maruti and RNS motors takes notice of this issue and stop cheating customers of their petrol and other things not easily noticeable by the customers.
This thing has come to my notice only because the petrol tank cap was missing, imagine what these service centers do to all the innocent customers who wouldn't notice anything because their tank cap was intact.
Now I have bought a new cap because the day I found out(May 10th 2008) was election day in bangalore and RNS motors were closed on that day. I couldn't wait till the next day because if I had used the car without the cap, the petrol would have evaporated. Was this information helpful? |
