[Resolved]  Rohan Motor — finencial

I have payed rs 5000/-Five thousend (26/02/2009)+10000/- Ten Thousend (28/02/2009) to Mr. Suraj Pathak (Rohan Motors Dehradun) for booking of Zen (vxi) Esti;o
black colour booking financed by Megma Finance case has been rejected . i have not even recived recipt of payment, Now i want Refund of my payment, and employs of rohan motors are not co-oprating me and i am sufring most, ineed my money, ihave allready signed the formalities of refund twuce with Mr. Suraj Pathak (Rohan Motors Dehradun) but my refund is still not setteled. guide me now what to do & how to do.
