[Resolved]  Roshna Riyas Rsquo;s Fitness Forever Center — unregistered firm and unregistered practitioners

Dear Sir,

Please investigate on the above center which is illegally operated by an unknown Lady who says that she is Doctor by Profession,,,but she is not a Doctor.

Roshna Riya’s Fitness Forever Center - Shop No. 84, Link Plaza Bldg, Near Oshiwara Police Station, Andheri West – 400 054.

Why I am writing though I am not a Customer of this center, however I was cautioned by on eof my friend who enrolled and suffered huge losses because of this Lady and her unit.

She is not a genuine by nature as she misleads women without any prejudice.

She has the audacity to run such center without the registration and to use someone name as Her's along with mis-using Doctor's degree.

This has to stop other wise she is a treat to the society.

It is being also noted that she does not keep her commitment on the services to be given to the client.

This needs to be interogated and we should make effort to close such center with immediate effect.

PLEASE INVESTIGATE UPON THE INTEGRITY OF THIS LADY AS SHE IS FOUND GUILTY UNDER THE LAW FOR USING DOCTOR DEGREE THOUGH SHE IS NOT , ALSO USING SOME ONE ELSE'S NAME.
