(1.0) ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT and Partners has the mandate to procure working and expatriate labour to complement local personnel and Hotel and resort in series of contract presently about to commence by Hotel and resort United Kingdom/ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT.

ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT having gone through the curriculum vitae/resume of contacted expatriates recommended for the contract have found you qualified and decided to invite you as one of the expatriates to start work as soon as possible.

(1.1) All operations will be reported directly to the Contract Administrator of the Hotel Contract In United Kingdom through ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT. All personnel shall be responsible to the Hotel Contract In United Kingdom /Hotel series.

The programme is a bench mark Contract with HOTEL & RESORT and partners that have set world record circle times with the lowest unit costs for contract of this size and complexity. The contract is about hotel and resort United Kingdom.

(2.0) JOB POSITION TITLE OFFERED: (FILL OUT BY YOU).


(2.1) Job Description:
· In line with operations in the Hotel and resort sector.
· Ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
· Implement, monitor, and maintain on site programs to verify compliance with local, state and federal standards with regards to environmental, wild-life, and other sensitive issues.
· Communicate professionally and effectively with consultant inspectors, consulting engineers, contractors, etc. regarding assigned projects..

All operations on Job locations will be reported directly/indirectly to the Contract Manager, HOTEL & RESORT through the Project Administrator of ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT United Kingdom.

Expatriate must have ability to work under pressure, while experience of team building or supervision will be an advantage. ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT high quality performance, and you will work closely with the Foremen to ensure the continuous adherence of this along with the existing processes, and then to develop them.

You will be working very closely with all levels, so excellent communication skills are a must.
All contracts are designed to last for a span of 4 years and 7 months( 56 Calender months ) and liable to upward review yearly.


(2.2) JOB LOCATION:
The Programmed will be carried out within the Kizomba C and D Contract site, 322 kilometers offshore and other Offshore and Onshore facilities and Human resources department to ease the facilitation of projects take off in UK/HOTEL AND RESORT.

PLACE TO WORK AS SELECTED AND NEEDED MOST BY THE COMPANY BOARD OF DIRECTORS: (UK)

(3.0) WORK PERIODS:
Mondays through Fridays, Time: 8.00am to 4.00pm with break period between 12.00noon to 2.00pm. Expatriates are entitled to a one (1)month paid home leave......
Saturday AND Sunday: General work free day. ( Known as public Holiday. )


(3.1) SALARY INDICATION:
Salary Per Month - 5,200 Great British Pounds EXCLUDING OTHER MONTHLY BENEFICIARY INCENTIVES.

(3.2) ALLOWANCES:
Hazard/Inconveniences allowance! 25% of Basic salary.
Entertainment allowance! 20% of Basic salary.
All allowances are paid weekly and locally in Great British currency in its US Dollar equivalent at the existing exchange rate.


(4.0) PAID HOME LEAVE:
All expatriates are entitled to a one(1) month paid home leave, which can be taken once at a time or two (2) weeks apart one different period.

All expatriates shall be entitled to a leave allowance (Great British Currency ) of an additional (100% percent) of their basic salary.

Free to and fro tickets to cover the span of their home leave twice yearly.
*10% allowances on leave period.

(5.0) SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Safety and Security of personnel Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and Communities are no small issue, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations.

All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Hotel and Resort.

All expatriates are entitling to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.

All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations e.g. Safety Coveralls, Gloves, Goggles, Helmet and Safety Shoes etc. as applicable in the Hotel and Resort....


(6.0) MEDICAL/HEALTH SERVICE FACILITIES AND INSURANCE PLAN FOR FAMILY:
All expatriates shall be entitled to a comprehensive health care service, which are to be administered by Medical Experts on Job Locations.

In a case of emergency situation, an expatriate will be flown to his home country or any country suitable for the best medical attention.

This decision can be influenced by the findings of the Company's medical experts, unless the expatriate in question states otherwise.

After three (3) months of service all expatriates will be entitled to a Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) for family. The Health Service Insurance Plan is designed to cover only three (3) members of your family.The Health Service Insurance Plan (HSIP) allowance can also be paid to the expatriates at the rate o[censored]S$1,750.00 per family member per month which can be transferred on monthly basis without being subjected to tax. MAXIMUM NUMBERS OF FAMILY (3)

(7.0) FEEDING AND ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation and feeding shall be provided for all expatriates for FREE, in Metropolitan Area. All accommodation payment has to be paid by the company in questions as regards to every expatriates involved.

All cuisine (Intercontinental/Continental) will also be provided by the Company through the services of the assigned hotel.


(7.1) TRANSPORTATION
An official vehicle shall be provided on 24 hour daily basis to all expatriate for local transportation.
A round trip flight ticket to cover the span of your contract engagement will be provided and delivered to you on the completion of your relevant travel documents and immigration particulars.

(7.2) ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be incurred.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.


(8.0) TELECOMMUNICATION/INTERNET FACILITIES:
There are standard telecommunication facilities and internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.

Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service Providers in Hotel and Resort, but must be used in accordance with the safety regulations on Job Locations.

(9.0) FAMILY STATUS ARRANGEMENTS:
Family status arrangements can only be applied after at least (1) months of service. The Application of family status arrangement indicates that an expatriate will be entitled to a free visa and air fare for his wife or spouse or any other family member which is to be provided by the Company through the Traveling Agency/Consultant.

Expatriates who intend to travel with their wife/spouse within the first one (1) months of contract engagement will have the cost of visa and air fare being borne by them through the DIRECTED/DESIGNATED TRAVEL AGENCY and can only be reimburse upon arrival to work station within 72 hrs.


(10.0) Interview on arrival is designed to facilitate a cordial relationship between expatriates and firm as well as the organizational structure with respect to the Contract scope.Among reasons for interview on arrival is to establish expatriates area of interest considering the project scope in order to facilitate an efficient division of labor on Job Locations with respect to the organization structure.

(11.0) CLAIMS/ENTITLEMENTS:
All expenses incurred in relation to this Job/Contract Engagement Process is liable to reimbursement within 72hours upon arrival.

Such expenses include cost of obtaining medical certificate, Immunization/shots in the case were an expatriate gets such service from a special or personal doctor. Cost of obtaining Job Contract Engagement papers and Traveling Documents/visa from THE AFFILIATED TRAVEL AGENCY.

A prove of payment in form of an official receipt will facilitates a prompt reimbursement of all claims/expenses made by all expatriates.

With respect to the expected time line of the project takes-off. ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT has mandated a reliable agent in LONDON to ensure the processing of all traveling document/immigration particulars etc. in record time with you.

If the conditions stated above are acceptable to you, you are hereby directed to contact the designated travel consultant (with your contact address) to embark on the delivery and processing of your relevant documents/immigration particulars to facilitate your travel to the appointed office given by the company for commencement of work within a shortest time frame.

You are hereby advise at this stage to contact the designated agency for PROCESSING of your contract engagement papers and endorsement as well as commencing the procurement of your relevant travel/immigration papers to enable us ascertain your commitment to the project take-off.

NOTE: However, you are to borne the expenses of processing and delivery of your contract engagement papers from the RIPTRAX TRAVEL RESOURCE as referred to in paragraph (11.0). Meanwhile, the reimbursement of this expenses will be made to you upon your 72 hours arrival to the ROYAL GARDEN PALACE HOTEL & RESORT to resume your normal and given post of work duty. Just last Sept. 2, 2010, I also received a job offer as Marketing Manager of Royal Garden Palace Hotel in London, UK from Mr. Armstrong Fletcher as the Director/Chief Recruiter witj email address of [protected]@googlemail.com. I was referred to an UK Immigration Officer Mr. Baldric Beavis o[censored]K Immigration Travellers Agency with the same address of 56 Tooting Broadway, London, United Kingdom SW4X85QCF. His email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Are these email addresses they are using are personal email addresses?

I was also asked to fill up the Work Permit/Entry Clearance Data Assessment Form by Mr. Beavis which I already did & I am now instructed to pay 270 GBP sterling through Western Union to Mr. Scott Harper in order to proceed with the processing of my work permit & visa application.

I was once victimized already with an American syndicate last May 2010 who offered me a high paying job in UNICEF and they were able to solicit from me $505 which was transferred thru Western Union also to Ms. Eileen Doyle who pretended to be the Immigrration Officer of Windy City Travel in Connecticut, USA.

So, I also want to know if this job offer is legitimate & the persons being referred to us from UK Immigration Travellers Agency are legally connected with this company & authorized to collect money from applicants. If indeed they are real & doing legal business transactions, isn't it safer to deposit the payment for the visa application to the bank account of the company? Please advise ASAP.

Although I have directly asked the people involved for some proofs of their legal business transactions and their proofs of identity, I am still currently waiting for their responses. I just want to validate whatever info I will receive from them from your findings & recommendations before I do the payment of 270 GBP sterling.

I would like to follow up your response to my inquiry regarding the letigimacy of job offer as marketing Manager of Royal Garden Palace Hotel from Mr. Armstrong Fletcher. Is he really connected with this hotel as Director/Chief Recruiter.

Up to now I still haven't received any response from Mr. Baldric Beavis whom he has referred to me as UK immigration consultant regarding my requests for legal documents, company & valid IDs of him & Mr. Scott Harper to prove their connections with the UK Immigration Travellers Agency.

In the first place, is this travel agency legally existing in UK? If its business is conducting legal transactions, why will Mr. Beavis require applicant to deposit the payment to their accountant Mr. Scott Harper through Western Union? I think this is inappropriate because there will be no traceability in case they turn out to be fraud. The payment should be done through the bank account of their company.

Secondly, isn't proper that the applicant of the said hotel be referred to a recruitment agency in UK which will have contact with our local government agency such as Philippine Overseas Employment Agency for the direct job offer so that I will have a protection if ever the job offer turns out to be legitimate?
