Dear sir,
I am madan mohan gupta, a merchant navy engineer .i have been cheated by royal pacific holiday club new delhi.on 25.07.07 they invited me and my wife to join some party in his club.but as we go.there was no party over there. There was some guys introducing their holiday ‘s club and telling about RCI (resorts condominium international membership) and requesting to take membership by paying half payment of 46000 INR.when somebody refused they offer some small package to check the facilities .they force to the visitors for booking otherwise they give very insultive comment.i am attented by mr ajay verma([protected]) who received 16250 inr from me by debit card swapping .and he provide me membership for jodhpur FORT CHANWA LUNI RESORT in jodhpur for anytime stay and 7 days 6 nights stay in any of listed holiday resorts .that includes room charges and pickup and drop facility and 40 % discount in food and one crèche for infant.
After that they send me membership card only .there was no description about the facilities which they explained to me .so I demand that .so they provide me on letter pad of royal pacific holiday club.i could not take package immetiatelly because my wife got pregnant.and I had to go for my job.so I told that I will go after feb2008.
When I called for booking in march .i attended by mr ajay verma.who told me he is going to book for me .i had to prepond my holidays so called again but no response for one month.all phone lines and mobile number found incorrect.i was out station .i came to delhi and visit on address which he provide on letter pad and everywhere.i found that they already empty the office 3 months before.i was upset.i checked all documents and then called all the phone numbers I have.then I got mob no. of MR srinivas([protected]) who is director of royal pacific holiday club from banglore.when I talked to him .I told that give bookings on 8th may 2008 in mussoorie .but he could not provide me any single address and landline number.one more mob no [protected](mr rohit).he provide me .on frequent calling on these numbers.they booked in sterling resort mussoorie from 9th may to 14th may.he told mrs sharmila ([protected])from chennai will provide me voucher number and voucher for that.she mailed me voucher number .i called mussorie for confirmation for that voucher I found that it is booked by name of mr narayan swami.i will have to bring voucher either in original or fax copy.and authorization letter from narayan swami. About payment, it will be paid on check out.

Dear sir, I don’t know mr narayan swami, I never met mr srinivas, sharmila, rohit .i only have mobile number of these guys .i met only mr ajay verma who is already missing.please guide me whether I should visit mussorie and trust on their bookings and payments .in this summer time I have one female infant(1.5 month old)with me .their mobile numbers most of the time I find unavailable and switched off. I have doubt that in case I found any problem in mussoorie regarding payments or bookings then they will not be accessible then I will be in deep . Please look in to matter and help me in case of need. Or take action against them and request for refund.
