RPO Hyderabad — Passport not received even after 6 months

I, Mrs Harita vadapalli, had applied for passport on[protected]. File
reference no. HYD-H[protected].
My police report is clear and it was updated in the website around
18th August "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the
despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a
week's time". Since then there is no change in the status and till now
i haven't received my passport. I request you to kindly look into the
matter and help me with the dispatch of my passport immediately.
