RPO Hyderabad — passport site showing wrong name and visits to rpo in vain problem not solved

I have visited rpo inquiry counter on 29,30-Nov-2011 and 7,14-Dec-2011 with the same subject but the problem is not yet solved.
I submitted online filled form with file number (hyd-i[protected] at s.p.office sangareddy where I was given another file number i.e. Current one hyd-z[protected].
Passport status website shows my name as
Taqee rahman syed (incorrect) my name is
Taqee ur rahman syed (correct)
I have applied for passport on 7-sep-2011, police verification is done. Passport site on 1-nov-2011 showed “police report is clear and passport is expected to be issued till 06-nov-2011, subject to the entire documents are clear”. This message was shown till 16-nov-2011. Since 17-nov-2011 passport status shows “it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time”
I require passport urgently as i am planning for education abroad. I need it for the registration of slot for ielts and tofel.
I request the passport authorities to issue my passport with correct name at the earliest time possible.
