[Resolved]  RPO Hyderabad — Passport status not known and also Passport office enquiry numbers not working

SUB: Passport status not known even after 2.5 months

Dear Sir,

We had applied for our Kids passport on Feb 21 2010.We had an police verification done on Mar 7th. Till now the status is not known and also when i call to the tele enquiry numbers no one picks up the call.
