RPO Hyderabad — Delay in renewal of passport through Tatkal | |||
I applied for renewal of my passport, File Number: HYD F002378 11 through tatkal on 21 Jan 2011 with all the documents needed. After a week, the RPO website stated: "PLEASE FURNISH ATTESTED COPY OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY COMPETENT AUTHORITY, OR SWORN AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF YOUR MARRIAGE WITH COPY OF JOINT PHOTO." I re-submitted the required documents again on 31 Jan 2011 but the status has not changed ever since on the website. Even though the tatkal process should take a week, it has been nearly a month with no update. RPO — Delay in Issue of Passport File Reference Number : W30029710
Dear Sir/Madam,I am Basavaraj Kumbar, applied passport on 05 Apr 2010 with File Reference Number : W30029710.
Almost 3 months 15 days are over after applying.. I had finished all the formalities from my side but from past 3 month website showing update "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing." so kindly do the needful.

Verification completed on 15 Dec 2010 and the status displayed on the site was "Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined ". Again I submitted Personal Particular form on 19 Jan 2011. And still I have not received my passport. I request for the renewal as early as possible as the date of leave completed on 05 Jan 2011. I was to join back my job in Sharjah, UAE from 06 Jan 2011. I request the passport authorities to issue my passport as I am already delayed by a month and half.

RPO — very delayed in passport renewal
Hi,My name is Sayed Sarfaraz Nawaz, and I have been applied for the renewal of my passport with all the required/necessary documents, as far as I kow it should be done within 3 working days but more than 4 weeks past, I still didn't get any status on it. Its my request to you, to issue my passport as soon as possible.
