Rupyalive website is not opening at the last 4 days.when i click on web address its showing cannot open website. check your connection or website is too busy like messages is showing. what i have to do? This is cheater or not . please help me to open this web .before it was good i have request for money also. many peoples have got money from this website. now what happened for this website. Kindly help me to solve this problem.

i joined rupyalive.com & refer some friends too.first 3-4 days the site is working well & i made a request of rs.509 on 27 july but last 2days the site is not working/not opening.
