[Resolved]  S. B. I — Regarding for final settlement of my husband(Late Bijay Kr sinha)

Dear Sir,

with due respect i beg to state that my husband died 18th, may, 09.He was working in S.B.I, Gulzarbagh, Patna Branch, as a Sr.Astt, his service tenor was 7.5 yrs were left.Sir, till now i did't get any benefit from S.B.I, like-pension not started till date.i having 3 children all of are unemployed, only pension is my last way of livelihood.The insurnace claim money of my husband laying in gulzarbagh branch but the branch manager Shazad Hussain is saying that i didn't receive any cheque of S.B.I life (Death claim), the couirer record of Gulzarbagh post office having Branch stamp as well as receiving copy which he recived and POD no-EN[protected]IN.Before death of my husband Late Bijay Kr Sinha that Branch manager delayed one day in payment, next day my husband got died in hospital.Sir, i did't have money to case of particular person.so i pray to u to solve my problem.Sir, plz send my request to O.P Batt, Chairman of S.B.I, Mumbai for serious action that S.B.I employee creating problem in settlement to his Late Bijay kr Sinha(Sr.Astt, S.B.I).
