Hi, Recently I have moved my house hold items to my native via Sahara packers and movers, when Gitesh (Territory manager) came to give quotation, he spoke very nicely and after the packaging is done he did not keep up his promises. He will be committing that, he will do unpacking, but he will never do the same. (In front o[censored]s his hired diver will say yes but once he come to native he will say he asked him to act like that.) He will not be informing about the service tax and the insurance charges while giving the quotation. (The same will be extra after packing the things.. beware ) He will be committing that, two divers and one cleaner will be there along with the vehicle so they will be doing the unloading and un packing.. This is totally wrong information.. From my experience, only one driver will be there and he will not do the un loading and un packing the things (beware). I too faced the same experience with Sahara packers. One Mr. Manoj who was the regional manager or sales rep, gave a quotation without any additional charges (very clearly written in the quotation as NIL). Yet after after packing and loading in the vehicle, he asks for additional amounts, which is 65% additional to the quotation. After all that, the packing guys demand additional Rs. 500/- each for packing the goods.
The company representatives even have the audacity to shout and bahave rudely to us on the phone.
I think Just dial services, which gave us this number, should not be trusted as a good source of information.

I also had a very bad experince with sahara movers and packers. their executive jitesh came to give qoutes and took 501 rs advance, he was very sweet and humbel at that time, next day the truck came and guess what for small stuff they sent full size truck. They filled the stuff as it was junk into the boxes. They asked me to come with them to their office to sattel down the payments.

At the office this guy changed totally and started telling unreasonable prices. He said even though you have less stuff to send as per company policy he will take minimum of 100 kg rate that to at 65 Rs Per Kg. When I asked I dont want their service he started pestering me saying that it will take 1500 to cancel the consignment. I cryed and pleaded but all in vain. at the end I gave 10000 rs for some 3 small boxes and got rid of them. Very bad experince inded.
