Dear Sir,
I have an account with you having contract no.[protected], dated 20/10/2003. Since one year I am trying to encash my depositted money with the brach but not seeing any result. My agent is replying that against my account some prize coupon was issued (which I never received) is not tracable for this reasion the account is not getting clear.
This is my request to the responsible authority to cancel / scarp any coupon against my acccount whatsoever and clear it for payment urgently.
A copy of my contract has been attached for your ready reference.
