[Resolved] Sai Service , Andheri — CARELESSNESS WHILE SERVICING THE VEHICLE | |||
Myself chandrashekhar Gad wish to lodge a complaint against Sai Service , Andheri. Let me give a brief on my complaint point wise. 1. On 12.04.2011 I had visited Sai Service Andheri for Servicing my CAR. I was told that apprx Rs. 1500/- will be charge for various services during such service agreed by me. Surprisingly at the time of delivery the amount was raised to Rs. 2539/- and having no option i had to pay the amount to Sai Services. 2. On 13.04.2011 morning while taking my CAR for office i realised that Footmats are replaced by Sai Service. Service person had removed my Original Mat of alto and replaced with Old mats of Wagan R. 3. On same day I had called Mr. Singh who had attended me during servicing and expressed my displeasure to him. he had promised me that he will investigate the same and will give a call after half an hour. 4. Post waiting more than 2 hour and couple of reminder to Mr. Since i decided to call customer service to lodge a complaint. Customer service officer directed me to Mr. Nishad who is customer service manager of andheri. 5. Mr. Nishad requested me to visit to their work shop at andheri for complaint resolution. He assured me that he will be replacing the Mats on that day itself. 6. Post reaching to workshop I have been told my Mr. Singh and customer service officer that Mr. Nishad is busy with another client and requested me to wait for some time. After almost an hour upon approaching to Customer service desk again I was told that Mr. Nishad is already left for home. 7. After all this drama Mr. Singh took me to Mr. Subhash who is workshop manager of andheri Sai Service. 8. Mr. Subhash upon listing my complaint assuared me that he will be sending one person along with original mats to my office address next day. 9. As confirmed by Subhash one runnerboy from Sai services visited my office and handover the mats to me. Surprisingly those mats were not the original branded mats of Sai services and of a local made. 10. I called mr. Nishad again since runner boy requested me to speak to Nishad only for this matter. Mr. Nishad again promised me that he will be sending the original mats within next 4/5 days. and requested me to given that much time to resolve my complaint. 11. today 01.06.2011 I have not got those mats nor a call from Sai service on the same. I simply want to show my displeasure towards Sai Service and this now irretating me more and starting me more bothering about any other expensive parts of vehicle which may be exchanged during such servicing. People like me who does not have technical knowlege may suffer loss. I really scared of such thefts are happening in reputed service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
