Dear Sir,
My name is Nikhil Jain, working as a senior software developer with Bentley Systems, Pune.
I purchased a bike, Bajaj Pulsar, from Sai Service station, Pune.
The dealer, including the sales representative Mr Ashish made fool of me, its more than 2 and half months (75 days), neither the RC nor the insurance has been allotted to me. I have called more than 50 times in this matter since last 1 month but everytime I am given the next date.
I am really frustrated, disappointed and feel like cheated.
Please tell me the procedure how can I file my grievance to your department and ask for your kind help.
