Sir/madam, Hello, Regarding the subject of complaint, I'm forced to say that in the area of Hathwa(Gopalganj), all the connections are on the verge of switching off to other Network.The PROBLEM has grown to the neck and not only myself, but all service receivers are in breathless difficulty. Sir, either do the needful for smooth service, or better formally withdraw your service from this area.If the problem continues, the service receivers will be forced to knock any door for justice; may be Consumer Forum or even TRIE. SAINIK SCHOOL GOPALGANJ — Reibursement of payment without bokking the tickets

I was booking the tickets for 08 May 10 by Lichhawi Exp from New Delhi to Sivan in AC 3 A Class. However, the payment has been deducted from mySBI Account without booking of tickets. please do the needful for refund of my payment to the concerned bank account.
