Sir,
I am a b.tech 2nd year student of Uttarakhand Technical University Dehradun. And I belong to a middle class family so my family can't afford my fee.I depend on scholarship because my categori is OBC. and I am able to take scholarship .but this year my scholarship be late.so please help me.

Hon'ble Sir,
We are running a Residential Resorce and Vocational Training Centre for the Blind at Nawad Khera, Greater Haldwani, P.O. Kathgodam, Distt. Nainital since 2009. Presently we provide free lodging, food, Educational and training facilities to 35 visually impaired students form 05 to 16 years age group, 90% student belong to S.C/S.T., B.P.L. families or poor / middle class families. Most of the visuallly impaired student are enrolled in mainstream education with sighted students in government schools. I guess that first time a large number of visually impaired students are getting the above opportunities in Kumaoun Region without any government financial assistance from last 2 years.
We are proud of our will wishers, the donors who are prodiving us the financal and moral assistance at the single request to meet out our recurring expanses. I regrett to inform your good self that student studying in primary school could not get scholarship in 2010-11. May I request you to kindly inform us whether the above students are eligible to get the scholorship or not.
