Samaj Kalyan Vibhag,Greater noida — Fee reimbursement of 2009-10

Sir,
With due respect I state that I am a student of B.Tech from Priyadarshini College Of Computer Sciences, Greater Noida and I do successfully fulfill the criteria to get the scholarship(fee refund) from the Samaj Kalyan Vibhag, but I have not got the "fee refund" of session 2009-10(GEN category).
I tried to figure out the problem and I found that my name was sent in six list, and i was told that fund is not sufficient at that time and my fee will be provided soon, but i have not got any information about it by today(22/02/2011).
In the starting of the session 2010-11 i was asked to verify my income certificate to get the fee,i submitted that. From that day Samaj Kalyan Vibhag and My college both are equivocating and I have got neither fee nor the proper information.
