[Resolved] Sansui — LCD delay in replacement | |||
I bought a LCD on 15th Aug, since then i am calling your customer care for replacement which was approved by sansui. Its monday today almost 8 days now ever since your company representatives are making a fool out of me . Saturday Avdesh ([protected]) told me that an upgraded version of the LCD will be delivered by 15:00 Hrs on Monday. Monday when I called him he told me that he is in the hospital and someone else from the company will call me. NO one called until I called up other numbers and reached the number of your replacement center. NOW AGAIN I HAD TO TELL THEM THE WHOLE STORY, they said they will check after checking mohd. ALI ([protected]) told me that because I had not paid the balance amount for the higher model it will not be delivered today it will be done on THURSDAY. IF THIS WAS THE CASE WHEN I SPOKE TO AVDESH HE SAID THAT THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ON MONDAY. I HAD BOUGHT THE LCD FOR ENTERTAINMENT BUT EVER SINCE THE 15TH OF AUGUST I AM ONLY COORDINATING FOR THE REPLACEMENT . This is just to inform you that I am going to the consumer court.
