Complaint against SANSUI TV service centre
Dear Sir,
I guess this portal realy takes care of the complaints lodged.
I own a Sansui 29' TV, it goes in standby mode often, from last 4 months, I have complained to customer care, but I doubt there is some cross check on the service centre heads.
the complaints are not heard nor you customer care is friendly I doubt the effiecny of the organisation or the HR who has hired such nuts, also the Head - customer care job responsibility is doubted, If any other compnay such irresponsible person would have been fired.
Mr. Sawant Service head of Kalyan service centre - is not capable of handiling his technicians more over all this responsible persons switch off the cell phones after 6 and even on saturday and sunday is there some authority to check this kind of people who puts companys image on stake?
I think you dont have answer and this portal is of no use

My self manoj kumar saini i have purchase a 21" sansui ctv on dated 11/06/2011 . but this tv is not good .it is not properly working . i have complaine on dated 13/06/2011. but this complaine not solve on today ( 18/06/2011) . My complaine no. is J0D[protected]. pls check this complaine and solve it .urgently
