It is to inform you that now I am COL S K TIWARI serving in army, a proud owner of SANSUI LCD purchased from Big Bazaar, siliguri, WB on 23 Jan 2010.Recently I am facing a problem in my LCD and approached to service centre siliguri, stating that mother board is faulty and will take more than a month in repairing moreover they don" t have spare parts. You are requested to replace the LCD to avoid the inconvenience. BIG BAZAR is ready to replace the set and waiting for direction. Request to give further direction.I further add that service center is unable to provide prompt service, need s to be looked into.
