I was traveled from Patna-Howrah by Haridwar-HWH Exp.(2370) on wednesday (26/05/2010) and my next journey was hwh-bbs by Dhauli Exp(2821) on 27/05/2010.But my train 2370 was 4hr. late and it reaches howrah by 7.15 am on 27/05/2010.I board on another train FALAKNUMA EXP(2730) and due to shortage of time I was unable to get the any ticket nither I had taken late running train certificate and therefor I had to pay penalty of Rs.250 along with ticket charge of Rs.106 (Total Rs. 356/-)Ticket Chalan No-439941
As this was not my fault and therefore I suggest you to pls. put some option if a passanger comes under this type of situation.
