Dear Sir /Mam,
My name is MUSTAQ AHMAD having Santro car bearing no JK09-6157 is in warranty period and i have already visited the Hyundia worlshop KC MOTORS four times for the same problem. The problem actually lies with the disk rotars they were found to be wornout as the car was in warranty period i had asked them of changing them with the new ones. For the same problem i met the Warranty Manager Mr ISHAQ and explanied the problem but he refused to issue the new rotars at the same time i had also talked to APSM Mr HARINDER he assured me that the parts will be given if found necessary but till date no response from the same.
Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.

Santro — SPARE PARTS
MY CAR HAS BROKE DOWN IN KIM 50 KM FROM SURAT. AND IT REQUIRES CLUCH PLATE, PRESSURE PLATE,AND BEARING . I HAVE APPROCH THE DEALER NAVJIVAN HERE BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME WITH THE PARTS PLEASE HELP ME OUT
