Dear sir,
I worked a teachar in Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Civil Lines, Unnao. Two year before without any reasion the manager of the above school given me a notice note to come in school, that school is working under Vidya Bharti Akhil Bhartiya Siksha Sansthan, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. They was not registered with you long time and before registering in your department they deposited some amount with joint account and after taken registration they dedected my E.P.F. and no any payment given us till date. And after 3month they given me un registered letter of some bogus charges of rs.28000/- for no payment of E.P.F. and joint account payment withdrawl.
Dear sir, when I told the above matter to Vidya Bharti Siksha Sansthan they given me transfer only to another school at Sitapur.I also worked there and last time they transfer me at A.B.Nagar, Unnao.
Similarly they also not pay the full payment which is decided by the siksha sansthan. i am working from 1 year on short salary and they also deposited dedected e.p.f. payment of 6month after checking.
In this way all the above named schools note pay full payment of salary as decided the governemt act.
dear sir, I am in problem for non payment of salary and e.p.f. payment please help me!
