[Resolved]  Sare Jubilee Shelters Private Limited — REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT

An amount of Rs 625000/- (more than 20% of the cost of the Flat) wason 09 Nov 11 paid as advance for booking Flat J3303, Phase IV, Crescent Parc. OMR - Chennai Project in the name of my brother, an Austealian National and an Overseas Citizen of India. No Letter of Allotment was made and when my brother visited India for signing the Sale cum Construction Agreement, it was pointed out that the current Australian residential is missing in the Agreement. The Builders after checking with their legal team intimated that the request was not possible and said they refund the booking amount.on 19 Nov 11. But to our surprise they asking us to sign Indeminity cum Undertaking against clauses not all applicable such as against Latter of Allotment, Sale Agreement etc. Can you advise us on how to go about this situation?

Hi I am one of the Grieved who booked a two BHK in the same Dewy Terrace Phase 1 and I am going to take legal action against them.
