I had tried booking tickets online on 27/06/2008 at the Satyam website - thecinema.in but was not able to complete the transaction. More than a month later there were two debits in my card account on 18 August, of Rs.510 each totalling Rs.1020 .When i contacted their customer service (Mr.Satish)was asked to send an email after which they promised a refund in 24hrs. time.
When i failed to receive a response for more than a week, sent a reminder on 26 August 2008 for which i got a reply asking me to mail a scanned copy of my card statement.
Despite sending the scanned copy of the statement & repeated calls the problem is yet to be resolved.Today one CSO went to the extent of reaasuring me that it would get resolved by month end.
The only standard reply i keep getting from the customer service personnel is "it will take three working days time". Was this information helpful? |
