[Resolved]  Saving Account — Rs~800 money taken by bank from my saving account

Respected Sir.
When I am taking car loan, I was forced to take loan and open account
in Kotak Mahindra (KM) my account no is[protected]. Since I dont
have any other transulation with KM, I used to use the bank to only
pay the Car Loan.I has the plan of going ECS facility with Central
Bank of India, where i do have account and where my salary is
credited. Since the C.B.I bank rules say the ECS documentation has to
send by KM. Bank. Which is not encourged by your bank, so they ask me
to have a account in KM. bank. While opening the account
representative from your bank in egmore branch Mr. Ashok told me the
bank allows to have zero balance, so you open account. For the last 7
month I using with zero balance facility.But in the month of July they
reduced nearly Rs 800 when I approched the bank for the same, they
told since I have not maintained
minimun balance of Rs- 5000as per the RBI rules, I was not been
informed eariliar. But bank authorities revoked my money back and
inform me to maintain the same from the month of August, then I
deposited theRs- 5000 in the month of August and started to maintain
minimum balance, But when I check my account recently they deduced ~
Rs 800 from my account. Kindly revoke my money, I was not clear why
they deduced the amount from my saving account, though the bank has
not informed about the minimum balance when i open the account, as per
the rule of the bank i deposited the amount in the bank as informed.
If any amount has to mainted in bank you can tell in advance and give
us some time period atleast minimum 6 months of time, for ordinary
citzens Rs- 5000
is big amount.
