saving account — Wrong communication about Account Information
Wrong communication about Account InformationMr. Narayan from Vasant Vihar branch through phone to reactive my Account which was deactivated for not maintaining the minimum balance. Mr. Narayan & Operation manager said that in total Six hundard will be charged all inclusive to reactive & the same was communicated when we visited the Branch.
But when I checked my account balance a total amount of more two thousan approx has be deducted.
Vasant Vihar all INg employee are big and layer. ING bank is not very good for customer support.
