[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad — ATM CARD DELAY

hello sir,
i lose my sbh atm in january month. u had applied for the new
duplicate atm in the bank and i had given the apllication for that on
12th january 2009. till now i am not getting any reply from the bank.
MY account is [protected]. its all ready two montha over. i had called
to customer care of sbi, they said that new atm issue will take only
10 to 15 days. but my atm is taking moree than two months. and said
that they had not received my application comlainy in the online . i
think in the bank only the atm officer had not send my apllication to
head office. and he is not replying correctly..
And also take any action on the atm card officer for this delay..my
uncle face the same problem like this. he also receive the duplicate
atm after 3 months. THe officer does reply in a correct manner.

can you please take any action or tell me the procedure to take any action so that i can get my new atm card.
