[Resolved] SBI ATM Debit Card — Wrong debit of S B Account | |
Dear Sir, I tried to withdraw the money through my SBI ATM card no.[protected] issued to me by your Tel Bhavan branch dehradun on 26th september 2009 from ATM situauted at SaharanPur Road, slip shows that SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS but my S/B Account has been debited by the amount which I had treid to withdraw i.e Rs.15,000/=. On account of this my S/B Account with Tel Bhavan Branch has been HOLD up. In this regard I request you to kindly look into the matter and reverse the Dr.entry from my account at the earliest as you are well aware this month is festive month. SBI ATM REGARDING — SBI ATM WRONG DEBIT
Sub: - application for wrong debit for the ATM Card,Ref: - SB. A/C No.[protected]

On 29th May, 2008 I purchase some martial from COLCCHA INTER-TRADE (Computer Super Market), 60/70 Ground flour, SP Road, Bangalore, 560 002. Phone [protected], due to shortage of currency I given My SBI debit Card for the amount Rs.364.00 the shop keeper swipe my card and replied this card not accepting and four times tried, after that I return my material and left.
The next day I check with ATM centre the same amount four times was debited from my account, and I contacted the shop owner and they replied that amount was not credited in their account and shown the bank statement,
I kindly request to you short out this problem and Trace out where is credit that amount and as well as credit the same amount to my SB.A/C.
