[Resolved] Sbi Atm Machines — Wrong Deduction of ATM | |||
Respected Sir On dated[protected] i go to ATM at Bungal time approximate 09:45 pm to 10:00 pm. I tried to withdrawal a some Rs. 1000/-(Rs. one thousand only) but when i tried to withdrawal the money above said amount then the ATM Machine stop and i cant receive my amount. But statement shown that i withdrawal Rs.1000/-. I the cabin two ATM machine i tried next ATM machine and get Rs.1000/-(Rs. One thousand rupees only) I complain to Branch Manager of State Bank of India, Dhar Kalan (Pathankot) he was taken from me account number and ATM card No. and said your money will back within a week. After a week I go to SBI Dhar Kalan Branch and meet with Branch Manager he said again please wait more one week. I complain at [protected] from this customer care No. i received a complain No.AT[protected] on dated[protected]. From SBIPSG i received a massage On dated[protected] at 11:49:42am. "Dear Sir/Madam, your complaint AT [protected] has been attended by the competent authority and hence is closed in the system. To get the detail please contact the branch." I go to Branch but nothing doing from them for this wrong deduction. They were not received my written application regarding ATM wrong deduction. they was said Its not compulsory we forwarded your complain and your money will back within a week. On dated[protected] i go to SBI Branch Dhar Kalan, but the staff along with Branch Manager said "what we do, don't waste our time" tell me what i do? If you are not help me where i go ? its not just a lose of Rs. 1000/- but kill the faith. Please help me and return my money Rs. 1000/-(Rs. One thousand only) Thanking Your.
