[Resolved] SBI Bank — Irresponsible Staff and not concerned regarding customer Satisfaction | |
Hi All, This is Rajeeb Panda from Brajrajnagar, one of my relative Mr. Subash Chandra Gartia wanted to withdraw money from the SBI ATM as of[protected] form Rly station ATM Counter in Brajrajnagar, due to some link failure, the atm machine was not able to realease cash but unfortunately the a/c was debited with Rs. 500 and on the very next day I went to the Branch for a complain regerding the issue, i drafted an application and submitted it to some of the Staff in that Branch and he told that Mr. BIswas is on leave, the a/c will be credited once he is back.But till today the a/c is not being credited. When I went today asking when the a/c will be Credited, the concerned Person Mr. Biswas was telling that "there are People who all are waiting since 11 Months and mine will be done on 12th Month", he misbehaved me as well and they were not able to tell till the end of the discussion that when the a/c will be credited, according to them it is indefinite. So I just want to ask you one Query that if the Staffs are feeling proud that people are waiting since Eleven months under this kind of issues then could you please let me know who is responsible for this kind of issues, we as a customer of SBI Bank or the SBI Bank itself. My concerned is this much only that plaese take some disciplinary action against Mr.Biswas, who is giving this kind of excuses and ask them to rectify the problem immediately so that a lay man should not loose his faith on SBI BANK. i am an account holder in brjn branch (orissa) bearing acc.no.[protected]
on 11th i tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 3500 from other bank ATM . but i didnot get that amount
but that sum of ammount has been deducted from my account.
so i m requesting you please take some action for above concern ...
